Looking For Experienced Tile Roofer - consulting / inspections` (phx north) Looking for an experienced tile roofer for occasional paid consulting and inspection work. This could be a good fit for someone retired, semi-retired, or just looking for some side work. We’re looking for someone who really knows tile roofing, can look over a job, spot issues, review workmanship, and give practical input when needed. Experience overseeing larger roofing projects is preferred. Former foremen, superintendents, project managers, contractors, inspectors, etc. are all welcome to respond. TRI certification preferred. Other roofing or construction credentials are a plus. For the right person, we may be willing to help with renewing or obtaining credentials. Work would be paid per inspection or assignment, with the possibility of additional consulting work down the road if it’s a good fit. Please note…
