Looking for septic/excavation subcontractors for an upcoming project in Williams, AZ. We need pricing for: • Traditional 1,250-gallon septic system • Complete leach field installation • Excavation, setting, backfill and final grading • 5,000-gallon cistern installation • Cistern excavation, setting and associated water/pump system This is a 12-acre property. We have the property location/coordinates and county perc test results available to send over for pricing. Looking for experienced, properly equipped contractors who can provide a complete turnkey price or clearly break out their portion of the work. Additional work, including the foundation for a future tiny-home build, will be coming afterward.
