# **Looking for subcontractors & 1–2 man repair crews – East/Southeast valley** # I’m a Project Manager for a local general contractor specializing in water damage restoration, insurance repairs, and remodel work. I’m looking to add a few reliable 1–2 man crews who can handle a little bit of everything, along with individual trades / larger crews that I can use regularly. Typical repair work includes: * Drywall patches/replacement, tape, mud and texture matching * Painting affected walls and ceilings * Baseboard and casing * Cabinet installation and minor cabinet repairs * Resetting toilets, vanities, faucets and other basic fixtures when needed * LVP and tile repairs/install * General punch-list and finish work I’m also specifically looking for: **Flooring & tile crews** – Tile, LVP, backsplashes, showers, tub/shower surrounds, self-leveling and dust-controlled removal.
