Posted over three days ago. Most Facebook jobs this old are already gone, so check before you count on it.
I need some professional Roofing advice . Do these roof penetrations & flashings Look watertight? My ceiling is sagging right under this flashing. There’s also high humidity in my house. I’ve been trying to find the source for a few months now. AC people say there’s no problem, no leak. Could the large hole cut out around the vents be allowing rain water into my wall and ceiling?
