Looking for some contractor feedback. New to Arizona for a little over a year now. My construction background is in Washington State where we typically don't do slab floors for our homes. So my question is for around here what are the pros and cons of a thickened edge footing slab VS a stem wall and slab? Good native ground, no slopes, ect. Also will be looking for a concrete contractor and plumber for a new home in Mohave County. TIA
